The fully-funded exchange program in the USA begins with a community needs assessment, in which participants are asked to identify the community’s requirements as precisely as possible. They receive the necessary training to enable them to lead their communities in a revolutionary manner. The adolescents have access to contemporary resources and information that will enable them to evaluate the community using a practical lens. Following the evaluation of their needs, participants present their visionary planning for improving execution through a strong and practical action plan founded on reality. Young potentials are urged to ascertain the abilities needed for each action item in order to ensure that the project is executed authentically. Everyone is given alumni support for this reason in order to assist them in carrying out the intended project.

Eligibility Criteria of the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2024:
- People between the ages of 18 to 26 can apply.
- Able to demonstrate commitment to the community.
- Able to complete the community needs assessment and identify the community projects in the areas of education, health, or economic security;
- Fluent in English (oral or written).
- Have easy access to the internet for communication with the Global team and the program’s alumni and mentor for the whole tenure of the program.

- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
